Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging.  Returns are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or your items have been used or opened, we may refuse return of the item(s). 

Please note that returns of large items are subject to a £30 returns administration fee.

Faulty items will be exchanged in accordance with the applicable warranty and may therefore supersede our 30 day general returns policy depending on the length of the warranty (usually 2-5 years).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 48hrs.

Sale Items & Discount Bundles

'Sale items'/'bundles'/'packages'/'discount-deals' (herein referred to as 'bundles') can be returned, in whole, or in part, in accordance with our 30 day returns policy outlined above.  Bundles are refundable only for the amount actually paid after the application of any discounts.  Where individual items/components that are part of a bundle are returned for a refund, the total discount applied to the bundle will be deducted from value of the item that is being returned.  If a component item of a bundle is found to be faulty, the faulty component will be exchanged in accordance with the applicable warranty of the item (usually 2-5 years).

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time. However, once the order has been placed and processed, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of £15 from your refund.
