Returning an item because you’ve changed your mind
Return window You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Condition Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging.
Packaging Please take care when opening and repacking your item. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the packaging is not in a suitable condition for resale.
Return postage Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for preference-based returns. We recommend using a reputable courier or tracked delivery service. For returns associated with an issue or warranty claim, we'll organise collection and take care of all the costs.
Refunds We’ll process your refund within 24 hours of your return reaching us. Your bank or payment provider may then take a little longer to show the refund in your account.
Please request your return before sending anything back, so we can confirm the correct return address and make sure our warehouse team is expecting it.

If there’s a problem, fault or warranty issue
Warranty support Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty of around 2–3 years, depending on the brand. If an issue develops during the warranty period, we’ll help arrange a replacement, upgrade or refund where necessary.
We’ll handle the courier For accepted warranty issues, we’ll arrange the courier collection and delivery for you.
No return cost to you Courier costs for accepted warranty claims are covered by us.
Photos may be needed We may ask for photos of the issue to help confirm the fault and speed up the warranty process.
Refunds If a refund is needed, we’ll process it within 24 hours once everything has been confirmed. Your bank or payment provider may then take a little longer to show the refund in your account.
If your item is replaced under warranty, the replacement will come with a brand new warranty starting from the date of replacement.
