Use of this website and is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.  For deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands & BFPO addresses, please contact us for delivery options & costs. Delivery charges are shown in the 'Basket' and relate to the goods in the 'Basket' and region of delivery'. Our price promise constitutes a price match or beat, which only applies before an order is placed, and is not guaranteed. 

 

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same day, and delivered the next working day via a tracked courier service.  We endeavour to deliver within 1 working day for UK deliveries and 3-5 working days for European deliveries. Our next day delivery service is subject to courier reliability and, whilst exceptionally reliable, cannot always be guaranteed. Aquascene assumes no liability for any couriers delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. We will provide consignment details and tracking numbers on request.

For deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands & BFPO addresses may vary.

 

Returns

Cancellation of orders can be made after purchase but customers may be charged a £15 fee for cancellation.  Customers can easily return unwanted purchases for a refund within 30 days providing the goods have not been used and are in undamaged, original packaging.  Used items are non-refundable unless faulty, in which case items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the warranty policy.  Where items purchased as part of a discounted package bundle are found to be faulty only the faulty item in the package will be refunded or replaced.  Where package discount bundles are part-returned, refunds on the returned component(s) will be calculated net of any discounts applied to the original bundle.  Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.

 

Warranty

Free replacements will be arranged under warranty for any faulty goods supplied to the UK.  Items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer warranty policy, and Aquascene will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to handle the warranty.  Faulty goods send to outside the UK, or taken outside the UK by customers, are no longer covered under warranty unless returned to the UK for collection/exchange.
